These wonderful "Crystallized Creams" are similar to the chocolate coated cream candies WITHOUT the chocolate! They have a delightful crisp sugary shell and inside the cream simply melts in your mouth! We call them "Freedom Creams" or "Freedom Wafers" because they are FREE of the chocolate! Other places sometimes refer to these as classic "French Creams" or "Crystallized Creams." Nonetheless, if you remember them from your childhood, you have found them right here!
