This is the original 1930's bark candy that "Uncle" Sam Ashley created that established Uncle Sam's Candies and today we use the exact same formula chocolate and technique. We make this bark 7 days a week, and it is hand poured on a tray and hand sliced.

Our Famous Caramel Nut Top Hats! It has a funny name because it reminds us of Uncle Sam's Hat! It is tall, layered and stylish! We start with a thin layer of chocolate (imagine the brim of the hat!) and then we place delicious and fresh roasted nuts on that, pour some creamery butter caramel over it and then ad a swirl of delicious chocolate on the top!!
